Michael & Tonya have been married for almost 30 years and in ministry for 27. They have 3 boys and enjoy time together with family. Tonya is a Nurse and enjoys helping with Women's ministry.
Steven & Dawn Fassnacht
Ministers of Worship & Youth
Steven and Dawn come to Kaufman with years of music experience, teaching, worship leading and helping with worship tech. Steven teaches band at Johnstown Christian School and Dawn teaches band at Shanksville. They have a love for God, for helping others learn to worship Him and for ministering to children and youth! We are excited to have them join the Kaufman Ministry Team!
Marcia Yoder (Dan)
Secretary
Dan & Marcia both have servant hearts. Marcia is a retired school teacher and loves helping the Church function well. When she's not at the office she and Dan enjoy visiting members, visiting grandkids and helping wherever there is a need.
stepphanie Van sickel (Tim)
Secretary
Stephanie is retired from the corporate world and now shares her gifts as one of our Secretaries. She and her husband Tim love to travel and share the Gospel in word and deed. Stephanie also serves with our Bible2School ministry and she and time help to make nutritious meals for our youth on Sunday Evenings. Stephanie is also our home meals coordinator.
Christiane Blough (Michael)
minister of fellowship
Christiane makes things happen in the Kaufman Kitchen. She helps to coordinate our fellowship meals and keeps us well fed at all our events. In addition to serving in this role, Christiane also serves as the Head Cook for the Head Start program that Kaufman hosts. Her and her husband both have servant hearts and enjoy helping where they can!
Kim Showalter (Glen)
Minister of Education/Counseling
Kim is our Minister of Education as well as the Director of St. Francis Caring and Sharing Ministry in Davidsville. She and Glen have 3 daughters. Kim is also a gifted Counselor.
Tim Van Sickel (Stephanie)
Minister of mission/outreach
Tim and Steph love life and sharing the Gospel. Tim is a Contractor full time, but in his free time he loves writing. He's written a series of Novels and always weaves his faith into each one. Tim and Steph also love helping in many ways with fellowship ministry and youth.
Martha Miller (Mark)
Prayer Ministry
Martha and Mark have a heart for mission. When they aren't traveling with their motor home doing mission work Martha helps to coordinate our Prayer ministry. They are retired from Dairy Farming and using their time to expand God's Kingdom wherever He leads.
Kathy Keafer (Adrian)
MINISTER of Administration
Kathy & Adrian have 3 adult children and spend time visiting grandkids. Kathy also teaches at Liberty University online in addition to advocating for Christian Education on a State and Federal level.
Jeri Hunsberger (Reuben)
Congregational board CHair
Jeri & Reuben have 4 biological children and currently foster as well. In addition to the raising the children, they work at raising beef cattle, goats, pigs and chickens on their farm.
